Sustainable management Quality is also very much important part of Logistics Quality.
We have obligation to our nature earth and its environment to keep it better for our future generations.
In Bangladesh most logistics companies do not prepate a sustainable management quality manual. But it is very important to keep a written manual.
Sustainable management Quality to be maintained by many Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
There should be SOP for every sustainable management activities like:
SL. Name of the SOP
1. Less use of paper by automation SOP
2. Less carbon emision SOP
3. Environment freindly packaging SOP
4. Recycling of Packages SOP
These SOPs should be maintained, followed, updated time to time.
The SOPs should have all the date of its revision or update including date of creation, created by, updated by, reviewd by, etc.
If any logistics company or any other company apply for ISO Quality Certificate, they need all these SOPs.
