Operations Quality Manual
Operations Quality is the most important part of Logistics Quality.
In Bangladesh most of the logistics companies do not have written operations quality manual. But it is a must have for total quality logistics.
If we can provide quality operation then only we can serve customers as per their expectation.
Operations Quality to be maintained by Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
There should be SOP for every operational activities like:
1. Airline Booking SOP
2. Shipping Line Booking SOP
3. Shipment Pick up SOP
4. Shipment Delivery SOP
5. Customs Clearance for Air Export SOP
6. Customs Clearance for Air Import SOP
7. Customs Clearance for Sea Export SOP
8. Customs Clearance for Sea Import SOP
