Quality employee can provide quality customer service, quality operations to satisfy customers.
In Bangladesh most logistics companies do not prepate a employee management quality manual. But it is very important to keep a written manual.
Employee management Quality to be maintained by many Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
There should be SOP for every employee management activities like:
SL. Name of the SOP
1. Job Description SOP
2. Employee Motivation SOP
3. Employee Recruitment SOP
4. Employee Promotion SOP
5. Employee Resignation SOP
These SOPs should be maintained, followed, updated time to time.
The SOPs should have all the date of its revision or update including date of creation, created by, updated by, reviewd by, etc.
If any logistics company or any other company apply for ISO Quality Certificate, they need all these SOPs.
