Customer Services Quality is also very much important part of Logistics Quality.
In Bangladesh most logistics company do not prepate a customer service quality manual. But it is very important to have written manual.
If we can provide quality operation and also can provide Quality Customer Service then only we can serve customers as per their expectation.
Customer Service Quality to be maintained by many Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
There should be SOP for every customer service activities like:
1. Customer Service by Phone, Whatsapp SOP
2. Customer Service by E-mail, Online SOP
3. Customers Complaint Handling SOP
